  Greeting! My wife and I are new transplants to Chino Valley from Alaska. We’re doing an owner/builder on a single family residential home for us to live in. We have already bought property. Right now we’re in the market for a home designer/architect to work with to ultimately come up w/ a full set of building plans that can be approved in Yavapai county. Next, we’ll be in the market for a Concrete crew for the foundation, framing crew, and so on. Of course we’ve used a lot of goggle searches already. For clarification we're NOT looking for a realtor or general contractor. Any leads and/or recommendations are kindly appreciated! Thank you
