  Beth H. wrote: We hired Herb to fix a small drip in our tub faucet. Herb charged us for a new part and installation. Tub was so much worse. It was incredibly hard to turn the faucet knob. We called him and he came two days later to fix. It did not get any better. It was still very hard to turn and the temperature settings were off. So when you turned the knob towards cold and off- scorching hot water came out and burned my 5 year old. We have to hire an emergency plumber to come and fix. The plumber told us that the "new" part that we were charged for was actually an old part. He used an old part that was stamped 2002 (15 years old) and told us it was new. He also bent the part when installing which caused the temperature issues. When we contacted Herb, he admitted that he used an old part. When we asked for a refund, he refused and now he will not return any calls. Would never recommend!!! My son was hurt and we are out the $165 that we had to pay for a real new part and installation!
