  HELP!!!! I need an electrician asap, to change the lugs where Duke Energy plugs in their meter can. He said that is not Dukes responsibility, needs to be a licensed electrician. Progress came out two years ago and changed out one side already, no cost to me, said we are responsible for providing you power to your house, no problem. Duke Energy doesn't feel that way. Call me if you know of a guy that can come out tomorrow and help. 352-538-5550
