I had him shaved the first few times, he came back uneven & blotchy and she had injured him. I talked to her about it; she promised it would not happen again. She did a good job for the following few appointments, but reverted back to her old ways quickly. Even though toenails are supposedly a part of the grooming, she did not do my dogs and they grew so long they curved. She was so inexpensive, I decided to just do them myself to keep the peace. Until I brought him home this last time. He had a red spot on the top of his back near his rear end. After a closer look I found she had literally skinned his back end and legs and under his little tail near his rectum. My poor dog was so miserable. I called her and told her what I had found and that I needed to take him to the vet and she said it was not her problem. I asked her outright why she did not tell me about this and she denied that she did it. I tried to be so polite, but all she did was deny and lie. I ended the call on a mature note, but she will never get see my dog again. She has very poor business practices and no integrity. ALSO, she does not check dogs for their vet tags. My dog had been expired for over a year (oversight on my part) and she never even bothered to ask. I only found out because the vet sent me a letter. I hate to see what other dogs she had there that could have been carrying something. My dog survived, he is happy and now groomed by professional groomers who know what they are doing.. But I am not the only client this has happened to. Google the business further and ask around. She is NOT the person to take your beloved furbaby to.
