About us

Specializing in the following modalities for healing and bringing the body back to a balanced state using physical and energetic techniques.

Swedish Massage - Swedish massage is the most common and best known type of massage in the West. If it's your first time receiving a massage or you don't get massage very often, Swedish massage is the perfect massage for you. This modality is used for relaxation and is slow and gentle. These movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle adhesions caused by lactic acid build up.

Deep Tissue Massage - Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body using deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. Deep tissue massage is therapeutic and relieves chronic patterns of tension, pain and muscle adhesions.

Neuromuscular Therapy combined with Trigger Point Therapy - Neuromuscular therapy is a form of deep soft tissue manipulation that aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems. This medically oriented form of massage addresses trigger points (tender muscles points), circulation, nerve compression, postural issues, and biomechanical problems that can be caused by repetitive movement injuries.

Myofascial Realease Technique- Myofascial Release is a deep soft tissue therapy for the treatment of fascia and skeletal muscle immobility. The practitioner moves slowly through the layers of the fascia until the deep tissues are reached. Myofascial Release relaxes contracted muscles, improves blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulates the stretch reflex.

Reiki - A hands on healing technique based on the principle that the practitioner channels healing energy through their hands into the patient by means of touch. This activates the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restores physical and emotional well being.... show more
This method of healing is a historic Eastern tradition that dates back to the 1900's. When on the table, this is a deeply relaxing and meditative way to let your body heal.

Chakra Balancing using stones - In our bodies, we have seven energy centers where energy is needed to keep the body functioning at homeostasis. These energy centers are referred to as chakras. The word chakra is a Sanskrit word that means “wheel.” When our chakras are balanced, maximum vitality and health is experienced. Physical or emotional trauma will effect the corresponding chakra energetically and physically. Balancing these centers can be accomplished in a number of ways. For example, through the healing arts, guided meditation or the use of healing energy like Reiki. All of these modalities are used to balance the clients auric or energy field. Healing stones are used for their piezoelectric effect because they are great conductors of energy. Each chakra has related chakra stone that will help to promote cleansing and healing. Depending on where the illness or health problems are, the chakra stones are placed directly over the related area. For instance, if there is a problem with the throat or the base of the neck, turquoise or blue lace agate can help. When there are difficulties with the pineal gland, amethyst or clear quartz can be used. Very specific stones are used in the seven major chakras or energy centers to bring the bodies energy levels to an equalized state. Please contact me to take the famous "Dr. Oz Chakra Quiz" to find out which chakras might be causing you issues.
