  Jim, I have used ASAP Plumbing here in Bellevue to have my gas line replaced and the hot water heater the day after Christmas. Rob Smith is the owner. He' really great, and fair prices. Don't know if he'll go to Penn Hills, though, but you can call. Probably depends on the job. 412-366-5522. or perhaps he can recommend someone
