  The Animal Protection League has a mobile unit that comes to the Tractor Supply in Palestine a couple times a month. We take our dog there & her shots were about $35, not sure for cats. The next time they will be there is mon July 13 th. Their phone # is 19034404911.

  According to the paperwork I got from them when I had my dog Baby's shots, they do spay and the cost is $45.00 but this includes anesthesia and pain management. Animal Protection League, phone # 903-440-4911. You may want to call them.
