  Tim M. wrote: Ashley did 3 jobs for us, one of which was to change our fuse board. We have subsequently discovered that the work he did was not up to current standards and left us with no earth trip protection. We contacted Ashley who agreed his work was (in his own words ) "not best practice". We decided that we didn't want Ashley back as he left our house "unsafe" according to a qualified electrician and asked for our money back so we can put right his poor work. Since then he has ignored every effort we have made to contact him, he has blocked our numbers on his phone, and every post I have put on this page he has removed, he took photo's of the work he did and put them on his page and subsequently removed them when this started ( well most of them ). He has not provided us with the relevant certification as promised and has not notified the relevant building control section at Ipswich Borough council. Please think very carefully before using him and if you already have used him please check to make sure the work he did is up to current standards. Ashley this could all have been avoided if you had responded in a professional manner, we have taken photos of all the posts and messages we have sent you as well. Given the situation if I could give a Zero rating I would.
