  Who would you recommend for mold remediation? Must be certified mold professional. My clients have an area that needs a spot paint treatment and because it is specified in the home inspection they are not able to just any contractor to do work. ServPro told me a flat-rate of $2200. That just seems ridiculous to me....Any other suggestions or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
