  Can someone recommend a reliable plumber to do a cheap job for me, quickly? The hot tap in my kitchen is old and not working. We've tried to replace/repair it but can't. We would like someone to fit a pair of really cheap taps. Kitchen is being replaced in a few months so don't want to spend much money. Don't care what the taps look like. Our builder said around £50 to do everything all in but he is too busy. I called a plumber who quoted £160, which is ridiculous as I've seen taps at Screwfix for £15. We cannot do it ourselves because the tap is actually stuck. A wrench hasn't helped!
