  Our guy Lewis handles all our rental properties. He's honest, arrives on time and communicates well via text or phone if he's been delayed elsewhere. His charges are fair and he tells us when stuff doesn't need replacing and fixing is less expensive and the fix will make the item last a few more years. He trusts us enough that if he goes to a property and fixes something and we're not around to pay right away, he just invoices us. He came as a reference from a much larger landlord who has 200+ properties. Weve been using him now for 6+ years and have referred him to multiple other people. His phone is 214-563-0278
