  I need to have dry wall/ceiling work done on my rental property here in Brandon. Any recommendations for someone honest and reasonable?? My tenant states that there may be further moisture damage and I need someone who can investigate that as well and give me an honest recommendation of what needs to be done along with a reasonable price for the ceiling repair.
