  Guys need your help I have a friend that has Hillsborough County Health Insurance I am not that familiar with this, however he is in desperate need of back surgery has several herniation's and compressed discs it is affecting the bladder and soon to be the bowels. Having difficulty finding a provider to handle this he has been getting treated by a chiropractor to manage the pain however the problem is unresolved and worsening can anyone help here? Suggestions?

  Dr. Fernando Vale is an excellent neurosurgeon, his office is next to Tampa General, he has the best accreditations and reviews. I don't know about what insurance is accepted. 813-259-0605 is the office number.
