  PLEASE do NOT use these people for plumbing or electrical work. They went to my unit in Silver Lakes on Monday last week. 'Fixed' a leak. I EFT's the money and then my tenant said it is not fixed as she noticed it is still leaking. Every day I call and they say they will go that evening and then no one shows up. I now need to wait for the manager to get back Wednesday. If anyone knows of an affordable plumber in that area please list their number. Not sure I will even get my money back!
