  Hi veteran travelers, I am curious if anyone knows of a hospital that does travel contracts directly without a company? I have 4.5 years of PICU experience (charge nursing included, in a level 1 trauma center), 3 years of concurrent sexual assault nursing experience (pediatric and adult, I was also the clinical coordinator and taught the classes), I was a PALS instructor, I'm in school for my Masters for Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, yet I was told when applying to travel companies that since my last two years of experience were in adult care, that I need more recent pediatric experience before I can travel. I was hoping to sign a contract directly with a hospital for a few months and then start traveling through a company after. Does anyone have any advice on this???
