Thinking I am in need of a reputable landscaper. My little 16lb dog was bitten through the fence this week by a large dog visiting a neighbor. Unfortunately, this dog visits quite frequently and to avoid any further damage to my dog - and more vet bills - I am thinking of putting up some shrubbery on my side of the fence to keep my little guy from even being able to approach the fence, especially when this particular dog is visiting. Netting was put up with zip ties but it did not stop the attack, since there is a gap at the bottom where the fence line meets the ground, not to mention, it is thin plastic and not very sturdy. A concerned friend and FishHawk neighbor came over immediately after this happened and put up netting at an angle with stakes on my property for the time being. I would need shrubbery that stays full on the bottom and does not ever thin out, but not sure what kind, or if this would even work. Any suggestions on a solution to this serious problem would greatly be appreciated. I need it done ASAP. Thank you!
