  I need a recommendation for someone to repaint my kitchen cabinets. I had them redone just a couple of years ago, and they are already peeling in places. There just has to be some kind of paint that won't peel. I also need my ceilings redone where the popcorn is actually coming off in big areas. These were done about 7 or 8 years ago when we remodeled the kitchen.
