  ISO handyman. Sorry, not looking for big company with overhead. I need reasonable! I have a handful of things I need done. To start with, I need a small amount of baseboard finished. (I have the baseboards and they are painted. You will need your own saw.) I also have a handful of light switches and electrical outlets that need switched from almond to white. I have the replacements on hand. I need quarter round installed around my fireplace to finish off hardwood floors. I have the quarter round and I will stain it. Serious workers PM me and let me know your availability etc. It may take me a bit to get back with you, but will be by this evening. Please include info on pricing-ie: hourly/by the job etc. I'm located in O'Fallon. Thanks!

I also am more than willing to be tax deductible!!!!
