Prospec Home Inspections provide a range of home inspection services to the Perth metropolitan area. We perform Building & Structural Inspections when purchasing or selling a home. We also specialise in Practical Completion Inspections, Dilapidation Reports & general safety reports.
If you have any "add ons" that you have built and don't have council approval, we can help you get them approved with our Retrospective Approvals service.
