Jacqulin 806,683,3262 She looks kinda scary. Her hair is usually several different colors, sometimes shaved on the side. Tatoos and facial piercings. She has done Jessica Deputy's hair for years. And she uses great technique not just chopping your hair. She does some of the best color I've ever seen.
