  I'm looking to rent out my house in phenix city. Any recommendations on a management company? And does anyone know how much the normally change to manage a property?

  Mary Ellen freeman. She sold is our house in PC a few years back and will be our property manger as well. 706-573-0540. She is only charging us 8%. They only get their fee if it rents and will ensure the rent you are charging covers the fee.
