  Don't know if he's still doing it, but I used this bloke 01483 764851 or 07860 235625, got him from Molesey Refrigeration as Smeg oven specialist but can't remember his name. He wasn't too pricey, offered a 'Smeg compatible' part or real thing to keep price down, made it look simple and next time it went wrong (something else) I got the part off ebay and tried fitting it myself. Not as easy as he made it look! Good luck x
