  I keep some numbers of local handyfolk, though I haven't had the need to call them lately. Catherine Bellows (619 987 9173) is a handylady and builder who years ago built a fence on my property that has held up well. I also had a recommendation from friends of Chris Liddiard at Pacific View (619 518 1446) but have never used him.
