  Any licensed/certified home electricians that can quickly solve my outlet problem? All outside sockets except one are dead. One GFI socket in garage dead. All circuit breakers have been tested. All sockets inside house have been tested and work...meaning any with the rest buttons were checked. What's the issue? A switch or another hidden panel? TIA
