  Timothy The Weekend Electrician. Can't remember his surname. He did mine and I can't recommend him enough. I had absolutely no reception as there was a four way split (when we bought the house) and a cheap Chinese all purpose digital antenna (which is fine in somewhere like Melbourne but when you have valleys and hills in the way it doesnt cut it). He diagnosed, put in a booster for the four split outlets and installed a high gain antenna. Perfect reception now and very reasonable price wise. 0408338467.

Only way to stop it is at meter board which turns off water pump as well which isn't really workable. Don't know if oven repair person or electrician to disconnect required.
