  Tina Okel is in Level Green and does awesome work and is incredibly reasonable. Charged me $80 LESS than the previous referral I got for a hem, and she did a hem, a bustle, some beading AND and eyelet hook. 412-373-7792. She did close to 40 prom gowns in the last several weeks.
