About us
I'm a single mom and am doing this to help with bills. I only charge $5 per document notarized. I also can make copies or scan/fax for an additional small fee. I'm familiar with most legal or real estate documents. I have 20 years experience in the real estate title field and have a paralegal degree. I am not an attorney therefore am not allowed to give legal advice. I am however able to prepare some legal documents, such as Quit claim deeds, Estate planning documents-such as Wills, Living Will, Trusts, Simplified divorce, Chapter 7 bankruptcy and Power of Attorney for much less than an attorney.
