  Katherine A. wrote: completely UNRELIABLE. Didn't turn up to do bathroom replacement on the day he said he was going to start, despite texting that day to say he'd be there. Never returned calls or messages to tell me why. Left me in the lurch 6 weeks before Christmas with a housefull of fixtures and fittings for new bathroom. Would not recommend you trust this guy at all.
