  Www.floorsanduk.com Really efficient, dustless sanders, lounge/kitchen/hall done in one day. Ring them and give them your room measurements and they will tell you how much it will be. We considered doing it ourselves but it's a massive time consuming job so I'd recommend getting the experts in. Good luck!
