Before your session can begin you’ll need to complete a few simple tasks: remove all your personal belongings from the property, make sure there’s access to running and water and electricity, and turn off the freezer at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to let it defrost. In addition, please be aware that if you or anyone else is still living on the premises we can’t carry out a top-to-bottom clean.
