Recommendations for a mens haircut? I moved to the area years ago, but have still not found a good place to get a haircut. I would preferably like a place in the Frisco/Allen/McKinney/Plano area, but would be willing to branch out further for a good cut. I have found that the problem in this area is either super women focused salons or places like sport clips that provide bad haircuts, bad attitude, and an environment insulting to any male over an IQ of 50. Then there are places that try and look the part of an "executive salon" like the boardroom, but are actually just an overpriced sport clips.
Recent nightmares include a woman starting to buzz my head when I asked for a scissor cut (and ended up with essentially a buzzed head because it was too late), and another knuckle head using thinning shears on me (I have really fine hair).
So any suggestions?

Tabitha at Pin Salon has been cutting my hair for about 5 years. She is awesome! My hair is crazy hard to cut, I've got a crazy cowlick in the back of my head that she is able to manage very well. 214.654.9600http://www.pinsalon.com/#!tabitha/c1 kcc
Can anyone recommend a hair stylist in the Forney, Mesquite or Dallas area? I want a great haircut and color!

Johnna, I used to go to Rainer Schneck for cut and style when he was at Premiere Atelier. Now his salon is Pin Salon, 450 W. LOVERS LANE STE. 229 DALLAS, TX 75209 214.654.9600. He's done the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders' hair for years for their photo shoots. He's pricey but really good! The colorist I used to use is Billy Irby, and I think he's at Pin Salon too.
