  I think I looked ours up on www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk, the symptoms were the same as a lot of other peoples. Quite straight forward to fix. Saved either a rip off repair or expensive replacement. I think in a frost free the refrigerant circuit only cools the freezer then cold air from there is blown through the fridge compartment by the fan, a few thermocouples control the switching which seem to be a common failure point.
