  Help. Our chimney appears to be leaking and now a small patch of damp is appearing at the top of the chimney breast in the office. Likelihood is there is a crack or some of the chimney mortar needs replacing. Does anyone know a builder or roofer who could give me a quote? Starting to get worried :-S
