My household will be relocating out to the greater Pittsburgh area in the next two months and we are looking for suggestions for rentals and realtors for locations north of the city. Specifically we need a 4 bed, 2 bath home for rent that allows pets and preferably has an enclosed back yard. We would appreciate any help that could be rendered in helping us move into AEthelmearc and into the area.

  Welcome to the Debatable Lands! I live in Franklin Park, which is north of the city, just south of Wexford. This is a great place to live but my neighborhood can be expensive and probably doesn't have a lot of houses as opposed to apartments for rent. Una is correct, you do NOT want to live in the eastern suburbs - traffic backs up through both tunnels and it would take forever. I used to live in Forest Hills and work in Robinson, and it was ugly. You might want to consider the following: - Mars (just east of Cranberry, and you get to say you're a Martian!) - Crafton (more for rental than purchase, but it's an easy commute and not too expensive for rentals) - Coraopolis (like Crafton but closer to the airport) - Moon Township (very close to the airport, though there's a lot of airplane noise) - Robinson Township (also close to the airport) If you don't mind a slightly longer commute but still without tunnel complications, Evans City, Zelienople, or Economy might be good options.
