  Im having one of those days. Having all kinds of issues with my flat potentially could be drains, originally they thought it was my kitchen waste pipes. I now have a toilet that no amount of plunging, hot water etc will clear. Some kind of water is leaking onto my neighbours yard too. Im in private rented accommodation. My landlord has now told me I need to find a plumber who can come out today to sort this out but I have no idea where to start looking. I've also been told I need to pay and then deduct from my rent. Although hats difficult with a standing order but a separate issue. Can anybody point me in the right direction please. Maybe even someone who can send bill direct to the landlord

  Probably the sewer blocked if it your toilet Thames water clear it for free as we had the same problem in Montacute Road there no is 01793366001 opt 3 opt 3 then opt 2 when you call them hope that helps

  i private rent and ive always been told by estate agents if the landlord manages your property it is his duty to find the plumber so there is no fall back if the work is wrong and he should have insurance to pay for it, u shouldnt have to pay for it. if its going into neighbouring people call thames water they may help x
