  We have just had ours installed - perhaps fractionally larger boiler than you might need but only by one bedroom - boiler, installation, and full Honeywell Evo Home system on 10 radiators (meaning you can control individual radiators from your phone) £2500.00 - Karl at Castle Heating in Welwyn Garden City - 07946 881 690 (Gas Safe Registered as well).
