  Need a Plumber any recommendation? just got a quote through my home warranty (service call 75.00) $914.00 to replace my hot water heater! ouch! said the unit was not up to code? needed pressure regulating valve, thermal expansion tank, shut off valve, discharge line, install pan and piping, and removal of old tank. Was told my h2o pressure was to high needed reduced? curious what your thoughts are? anyone else had this problem?
