I have had him back twice and his last opinion was that it is not an installation problem. I just had a flooring expert provide me with a second opinion and he said because DK supplied the flooring and installed it, it is his responsibility to find out the issue and fix it at his cost. Based on his attitude the last time he was here I know that he has no intention of doing anything and I really do not want him in my house ever again.
