I was not represented by this firm, but feel my experience and opinions with them over the phone warrants this review.
I called them Friday, July 1, 2022, based on a referral from another local firm. At first, they seemed to express serious interest in my case. At their request, I sent them a Dropbox link with files to my case. The receptionist said she would send this information to the attorneys and get back to me with "next steps."
Fast forward 1 WEEK later, and 2 hours before closing time (on a Friday). The receptionist called and left me a voicemail the tired old lie of, "we are too busy" "our caseload is too large." How does that take a week to figure out? And more importantly, why didn't you tell me this a WEEK ago? To make matters worse, you told me 2 hours before just about every law firm in the state of Montana closes for the entire weekend. Thank you for thinking so highly of your potential clients to give them no prior warning.
Side note: I was told by 2 lawyers in Montana, with a combined nearly 80 years of experience, that when law firms/lawyers claim to be "too busy" or "have too much of a caseload" they are often lying and really just saying they don't want your case. How exactly is it professional, or ethical, to lie to potential clients? Explain that one to me.
Based on the week long wait, and end of the day before a weekend update call, combined with what the two experienced attorneys said, It's my opinion this firm lied to me. Plus, they seemed interested in my case when I called on Friday, June 1st. Not a professional practice to lie to potential clients.
Looking for someone/people who know about small towns in Montana and/or Texas. Or if you know of a realtor in either state, let me know! Thanks!

I just did a two week scouting expedition to both Idaho and Montana. I got this name and number from a small town. Judy Stang 406-822-2316. I can't remember the name of the town but it is off of I-90 about 50 miles from the Idaho border. She is bound to have references for others in her state closer to Kalispell and such.
