The gentleman who performed the service was polite, unfortunately the quality of the cleaning was very poor. I’ve had many carpet cleanings and I am realistic on my expectations. My husband was able to remove many of the stains left by kc easy clean with our shop vac and water. There are more stains now then before they came, there are areas where solution was dribbled and they have formed lines of spots. I contacted the company via Facebook as that is where I found them and asked if this is normal since I’ve never had low moisture cleaning done. I never asked for a refund, never demanded anything at all. I was immediately blocked. I attempted to call the company numbermultiple times and was hung up on and now they won’t even answer as they are evidently screening calls. I contacted the owner nick baker who also promptly blocked me on Facebook and will not return my calls. This is absolutely ridiculous that a company can take your money and have zero responsibility and accountability to provide a reasonable service. They are not on the B.B.B., Angie’s list or any other review sites. Hindsight is 20/20, had I noticed that before hiring them it would’ve been a huge red flag. I’m out the money I paid them, and now I have to hire a reputable carpet cleaning company to actually clean my carpets. This is a disgrace to small business owners.
