  Hi Curtis I have been with Keller Williams Realty for 3 years but have been doing Real Estate for 25 years.if you can contact a few Keller Williams agents and ask them what you need to do to earn their business you probably would get all the work you need.Keller Williams not only has the best training in R.E. But also in relationship building.training is an on going practice but also sharing of info .Most R.E. Companies have in house lenders but with your charming personality you can set appointments and show them your value proposition.talk to the marketing reps at the title companies and ask them for introductions to producing agents and also newbies.Go to open houses and see if agent has someone who can qualify buyers on site or with 1 phone call.If you can reach 1 or 2 Keller Williams agents and gain their business it would be a huge step for you.KW teaches agents how the can become mega agents and if you can hook into a rising superstar he will take you with him or her.KW has a lot of special guest training sessions which generally free and give you a great opportunity to network..Go to the local board of Realtors ask which companies are gaining the most Realtors and market share.Then pursue those companies and realtors as they are the ones doing it the right way.hope this helps remember the words of Jimmy V,don't give up don't ever give up as you may only be one phone call away from changing your generational destiny.if you need additional B.S.
