Fredrick L Lux
Chiropractic Assistant, LMT (NCMTMB), CPT (ISSA)
Fredrick L Lux is an Illinois Veteran who has a passion for helping individuals achieve better health through Fitness, Massage, and Chiropractic. Fred has been in the fitness industry for 5 years and his vast knowledge of the body’s ability to move allows him to customize an exercise regime for his patients and clients. He is certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). His passion for the human body and its abilities lead him to Massage Therapy School. He graduated from Everest College Burr Ridge in 2012 with honors. While in School he was top of his class and joined the Ambassador program. After graduating he was asked to be part of the Program Advisory Committee at both the Burr Ridge Campus and Bedford Park Campus. Upon receiving his profession license from the state of Illinois, he took a position with a Chiropractic office as a Chiropractic Assistant where he was introduced and quickly excelled in the Chiropractic field. He is now working at LifeBalance Chiropractic and Rehabilitation as a Chiropractic Assistant, Massage Therapist, and Personal Trainer. With his arsenal of tools no matter whom or what condition is presented, he has a way to help you move towards better health. He has furthered his studies in the healing arts with Reiki Level 1, 2, and Master, and Lifestyle Wellness Coach. Further areas of study will include Strengh & Conditioning Coach, Lomi Lomi massage, CranioSacral Therapy, and Shamanic Study. In Fred’s spare time he loves maintaining a healthy lifestyle through weight training, swimming, and golf. He likes to do carpentry work and spend time playing with his 2 children. Pursuing his dreams of anything and everything he ever wants is what drives him everyday.
