  my name is Nadine and I'm a home base Aboriginal Travelling agent. The way it works when booking with an agent as opposed to online is that regardless you pay the same price since its the suppliers (ie westjet or sunwing) that pays back the commission but instead of say for example expedia getting the fee it goes to the travel agent. plus your right as a travel agent were here to assist the entire way.
