  Dr Jeff Dobbins is accepting new patients and he accepts most insurances. And yes there is paperwork and approval process but that is so we can verify your insurance and gather medical records from your previous doctors so when you see the dr he will know what's going on with you and can better care for you. You don't show up for a test without preparing for it if you want good results so that's why doctors like to know your history so they can provide good care for you.
