  Does anyone have a locksmith in Queens that they can recommend? A woman looking to sell her deceased brother-in-law's home MAY need a locksmith to open the basement door. The stairs to the basement have been destroyed from a flood. We will probably need someone to cut the padlock on the door, however THIS is the REAL dilemma; the door into the basement is bolted from the inside. The women's sister is battling cancer and this is the second home that she is selling for a family that has passed away in the past 12 months. My prayers and thoughts are with this family.
