Joel Penton graduated from the prestigious The Ohio State University (OSU). During his tenure he was an active participant of the football team in Buckeyes for 5 consecutive years. Joel was a member of 3 Big Ten championship, National Championship teams and also 4-times Academic All-Big Ten selection. During which, he has also received the Wuerffel Trophy also known as "HUMANITARIAN HEISMAN" which is a prestigious National award. The award is given to the college football player who serves the community not only with the athletic skills but also with academic achievements in the entire country.

After completion of his graduation from OSU, Joel choosed to begin his career as a full-time motivational-speaker instead of being a part of National Football League (NFL). Since then Joel has gained a reputable image of one of the nation's leading youth motivational speakers. Being a top school motivational speaker, Joel has interacted with more than 300,000 students nationwide. His motivational speeches has successfully enlightened young students, and has promoted an aura of positive attitude in them. Joel has an art of motivating high and middle school assemblies and always looks forward to opportunities to motivate school assemblies nation wide.
