  I'm in need of a primary care physician referral for Katie. I'm looking for a Dr who sees adults with multiple disabilities. She turns 21 next month and will age out of the care of her precious Dr. Shelly Baldwin :( Katie also needs a great neurologist for her epilepsy and sleep disorder. Where is all of our kids going after they turn 21? I can't seem to find them
