  Chris Auger: I found the warranty! It is for 6 years and it is for QSC 15 in sub. HPR151 i September 18, 2008 is the start date for the warranty... I sent you a message but since we aren't friends on face, it might have gone to your trash box. My phone number is 517-614-1382.
