  Academy Animal Hospital, Overlea Erdman Animal Hospital on Erdman, Main St Vet in Reisterstown (Dr. Molesworth is the best) or SouthGate Animal Hospital in Glen Burnie. Cheapest vets I know of. Many sing the praises of NorthWind in Carney as well. But I think they are higher than all the ones I mentioned. What does your friend need done. they may not need a vet if it;s vaccinations or a spay neuter.
