The LM8355W-7 is a 1/2 HP AC Belt drive, standard model. $340 installed with two remotes and a keypad entry. Lifetime motor and belt warranty, one year on all parts and labor. The LM8550W-7 is a 3/4 HP DC Belt drive, with battery backup and timer-to-close upgrades. $390 installed with two remotes and a keypad entry. Lifetime motor and belt warranty, five year parts warranty and one year labor warranty. If the door is 8' tall instead of 7', it's an additional $30 The prices quoted are total, we do not add any additional labor, tax or installation charges. We also service the door and opener with every install, and make any necessary adjustments.
